Scope of Work:

1. Electrical Installations: The project involved full-scale electrical infrastructure, including the installation of LV (Low Voltage) panels, Main Distribution Boards (MDBs), and Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs). These systems were meticulously designed and implemented to ensure not only reliable power distribution but also the highest level of safety, adhering to stringent standards.Mechanical Systems: A highlight of the project was the installation of advanced air conditioning systems, including chillers and ducting networks, to optimize climate control and energy efficiency. This required precise coordination to integrate HVAC components with architectural layouts.
2. Fire Fighting & Safety: A state-of-the-art Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), alongside fire suppression systems, was installed to ensure compliance with UAE fire safety regulations. This included smoke detectors, alarm systems, and emergency response mechanisms.
3. Civil & Painting Works: The project encompassed structural modifications, finishing works, and high-quality interior and exterior painting to enhance aesthetic appeal and durability.
4. Plumbing Installations: Comprehensive plumbing systems, including water supply networks, drainage, and sanitary installations, were implemented, prioritizing sustainability and water efficiency.
