Our involvement in the Jinah Warda Tower began with the complete electrical installation, encompassing the supply and installation of LV panels, MDBs (Main Distribution Boards), and SMDBs (Sub-Main Distribution Boards). This complex undertaking required meticulous planning and execution to ensure a reliable and robust power distribution network capable of meeting the tower’s diverse energy demands, from residential units to commercial spaces and common areas. The complete mechanical installation further showcases our expertise, including AC work, chiller installation, and efficient ducting systems. These elements are critical for maintaining a comfortable and controlled environment within the tower, catering to the various needs of its occupants. A comprehensive fire fighting system, incorporating a FACP (Fire Alarm Control Panel), was implemented to ensure the highest standards of safety and rapid response in case of emergencies.
Beyond the core MEP services, MNA Group also managed the complete plumbing installation, providing efficient and reliable water supply and drainage systems throughout the tower.
